A golden cup with 10 on it means you have done 10 minutes of brisk walking. The multiples of cups you have won are displayed to the left.

A golden globe or rosette with a number on it means you have done that number of minutes brisk walking.

Yesterday, for example, my app recorded 43 minutes of brisk walking, so I got x4 golden cup (10), and x1 rosette (3) - screenshot here:
