Crazy app!

I was told there could be some bugs... and yesterday I guess I saw one... 20 minute run completed and when I got home it had credited me with two active 10s. Then yesterday evening when I looked I’d gone back to one and apparently only 18 minutes were brisk... my pace was very even throughout. I’m happily on the programme here, but I’m not sure I’ll use the app any more, I know when I’ve done a 10.

I am so grateful you have posted this! I also use active 10, it told me yesterday after my 20 mins run that I had only walked it!!!!! And not briskly!

I could of cried, and couldn’t understand why, apparently today I’ve covered 5 miles ( doubtful, closer to 3) of only 10 mins were brisk!

I have no idea what’s going on, but it’s very disheartening 😕😕😕

Well... so long as we know we did it!

I think it’s trying to assess our individual pace to define brisk... maybe running confuses it?

I was worried that my pace was so slow not didn’t class as a brisk walk! 😞

I'm not much of an app person. But will remember if I want to try one, to avoid this one lol.

Right now I'm on the injured list. Me being so graceful has ended up with a bruised foot. Mainly my toes where the plate hit it. Maybe I should start c25k again once I'm better lol

Was the plate ok? 😂. Only just read your injury post... no rowing either? That’s gotta be tough... and I’m aware this isn’t helping... sorry!

Having spent some time injured I think the best thing I can say is that it feels amazing when you’re back. Other exercise is good, but I found it gets irritating when I can’t use my legs.

Frustrating hey? I don't use the app - I'm a big technophobe - I use the old-fashioned method. When I can just about talk but not sing, I'm brisk walking! When I read all the posts about the app being temperamental I reckon being a technophobe isn't all bad! Lol:)

It’s a good thing... we have a tech free weeks when we go on holiday and we all have to actually speak to each other 😂

I don’t do social media... this was all new to me... and from what I read it’s not a bad thing to not have.

The app is glitchy, they keep telling us they are working on it but it is still not there yet. It is such a shame as it could help so many people if it was reliable.

Hello everybody. May I ask those who find glitches in the app to post a comment on the Google Store or Apple store please? Yes we are working on the app but we need to know the details of the glitches and which phones misbehave (is it Android? Is it iPhone? What model? What manufacturer? What version of Android or iOS?). If you post the same message you have just posted here, we can see all the information above and correct the issue. If we do not have that information, we cannot fix it. For example the issue of losing active10s already obtained, we had never heard before. Now we have heard about it but we still cannot fix it because we do not know where to look for it. Thanks for your cooperation.

That is great. If you could put a post up with a links. I could pin it. It would be really great to help get to the bottom of all the problems.

On Android, open the app Play Store, search for the app and leave your review. On an iPhone I believe the process is similar using the iTunes app

App Store app, but yes, pretty much identical. I just didn’t want to leave a bad review

Thank you to those who have left reviews over the past days. We just got feedback about the iPhone version so I suppose the issue was there. Let us know if that was not the case. We have identified an issue that could cause the problem mentioned above, fixed it and are testing the new version. It should reach the users sometimes over the next couple of weeks. Many thanks again for your reports. As said if we become aware of any issue, we can act.
