Hi there svgeeks! Yet again you have surpassed yourself - you've walked the Dish almost every day in June and every time in less than an hour! You've definitely achieved super hero status this month! So very well done!:)

Thank you, Realfoodieclub. I now need to work on getting better/deeper sleep. There have been a lot of articles recently about the importance of sleep.

Wearing that path around the dish down. Soon the elevation will be less you've walked it so much. Your July goals look great. I think you're going to be busy. Happy walking.

Very funny. Much appreciated, runswithdogs. I want to get away from being obsessive about walking the Dish every day. Last month I was heading out to it some evenings even when it was quite hot because I did not want to break my streak.

Just wondering what is “the dish”.

About what is the distance? Sounds great that you have done this I’m from the east coast

It is 3.6 miles of a hilly trail on land owned by Stanford University but open to the public for walking/running. The elevation gain is about 550 feet. I have lived close by for over 20 years and walked the trail a handful of times. I have recently made it my primary way to get my heart rate up.
