Keep making an effort. Stand rather than sit, if at all possible. Move around inside your house. If there is more than one floor, go up and down more often than you need to.
Oh svgeeks, I do try! Unfortunately I have a degenerating spinal condition - I believe in the old adage "use it or lose it" so I walk and move around as much as I can. It's just so unpredictable! I can go for days virtually pain free and get in some good exercise and then the hammer falls and I can hardly move for days too!! So frustrating - makes me wish I'd looked after myself better when I was younger! Hindsight has 20/20 vision, hey?
Sorry, I was being a bit preachy. You are doing your best. Keep it up. We are all dealing with some issue or the other. One can only look forward and keep trying to do better. Last night I got an unexpected message from Randy, an acquaintance that I used to meet at Sunday morning group walks. He invited me to walk the dish with him & his wife. They are picking me up in 10 minutes.
