A friend and i were going to lay iny the beach today, what with one thing and another that didnt happen so i met her in the park and we walked round while her dogs pottered then back here for coffee, when she was leaving i walked back with her to her house and back here which made another loop. Nothing very exciting but a bit of walking on a non run day Ive been looking at zone 2 training, well i can just about keep heartrate to zone 2 when i walk fairly briskly, I'll try on my next run to keep it really slow and walk when the heartrate climbs,
