Walked the Stanford dish (3.61 miles) in 1:01:50, my best time ever. Walking heart rate 134bpm. 14,923 steps. 34 floors. 69 brisk minutes.

Svgeeks,

That is great time. My best was the other day, before we got hit with an ice storm. It was 3.04 miles within 59 minutes. I try and walk roughly 12,000 steps per day. My next goal is 3.50 miles within 1 hour and 8 minutes. I have not figured out how to do my heart rate with Active 10 app on my phone. Thank you for sharing.

Schele,

Thanks. The heart rate came off Apple Watch 2. Also, the Stanford Dish course is very hilly. Up and down and up again. San Francisco Bay views in one direction, mountains in the other. It is like climbing 30+ floors. I don’t do it often enough. Second time today this year.

That looks great well done. Lovely step count for the day as well.

Well done, svgeeks - what a walk! In such good time too.
