#Photowalk February: Walk, Run, look up!

Went on a run this morning (fittingly NRC Suckcess Run ) but it was so cold, I had to briskly walk more than 10 minutes to warm up properly.

I felt a bit miserable, no bounce, but a backache. I was feeling unusually heavy as I had a breakfast before, something I don’t usually do.

I was missing my bounce!

But just taking this picture and focussing on the blue sky, the cute catkins, that made me feel a bit better. Simple things, really.

Thank you   MissUnderstanding for this challenge topic!

lovely picture. Not saw any catkins our area yet. Blue sky cheers u up. We needed gloves as well raw here and cold on our wet walk. Hope your back is better , think mines is but not pushing it. Mr D has sore back as well , lower back . Does rowing not make it worse?

No, it’s just sometimes when walking where I get a backache. Usually not when I’m running or rowing. It’s a bit strange.

But running makes my back stronger. So when I stop running, my backache returns.

Just lovely.. a blue sky and lambs tails. Hope Little Bo Peep found them too!

Sounds like today was just one of those days - just a bit meh for no reason but glad those catkins and the blue sky made you feel better ☺️My back gets tight and achy sometimes when I go on long walks but funnily enough never when running. Must be a posture thing 🤔

huh! Yeah. Same with me.

This is a beautiful photo. I’ve seen the same view on many of my walks lately. I love it when nature wakes up and decides to spring into action.

I really like that suckcess run. It helps me to get the dodgy runs that happen in perspective. Sorry your bounce was missing in action. Those days are hard. Hope it returns and really glad looking up helped a little.

Well yesterday’s lack of bounce was replaced with today’s strong row. Pic of dusk from my glimpsing outside (0.5 min walk) and then heading back in to fall exhausted (from strong row) onto the couch. 🤣🤣🤣
