Trying to get started

since getting a couple of crushed vertibrae last year, I found going to work was all I could manage and I have just grown lazy. I have 2 big dogs that are awful on they're leads so have sat back and done nothing. But got a week off and took them out Friday, Saturday went to pub and walked 1/2 mile home. Sunday we went to Hastings so quite a lot of walking. But today nothing planned

Hi there and welcome, is it pain or motivation that is causing the hiccup? We are great motivators here. We have a lot of members who use their canine friends as motivation to get out the door. You have a lovely couple of dogs there.
