it wasn’t the walk that me and Mr D had intended but we went into town saw the liners, went to the fort where I took photo and into the shopping centre to see if anything suitable for me for lunch and nothing really suitable so went to little girls room before we left. Then back to where we stay which was 8 km total there and back. Decided to have lunch at a restaurant near us went into back and saw that I had lost phone. Mr D rang it and it was in the shopping centre and a miracle someone had handed in to information desk. Had to go all the way back down again another 8 km. to collect it but it was worth it and a relief. Would have ruined holidays if hadn’t got it back. So much information on it. A happy ending. Hot bath to soak feet and back .

🍏Well that’s a photo of where we would all like to be right now!! ☀️ Warm sunshine & stunning views! Hurrah for the honest person who handed in your phone so you can continue this fab holiday! Hope your feet feel as good as new tomorrow! Xx
I've heard that Madeira is beautiful but a lot of up and down walking to get around.....we haven't been but would like to, but I would find the hills hard going I fear.
Glad you got it back 🙏 Are you backing up your phone just in case? I learned the hard way after mine was irreparably damaged and I couldn't retrieve anything from it 😔
The other positive here is that you clocked up 18km - nice one 😁 Enjoy your holiday xxx
