Cheated a bit to get an H

This morning was a bit of a rush and I forgot to set my watch for the 10 minute walk going in to the hospital.There followed 5 and a half hours wired up to iv and being filled with drugs and fluids.

Home time, my daughter was ready to take her lunch hour as I left the unit, this time I set my watch, but we were hurrying so got back to the car in under 10 minutes, so I cheated a bit and left the watch running as she slowly drove my car out of the car park.

I'm hoping Annieapple had a successful day too today

It's unlikely I'll walk any more today, I'm.a bit sleepy, that's the antihistamines 😄 so I'm going to see if I can sleep it off.

No photos so one of a bush from the other day that I haven't a clue what it is.

🍏🥰😊 An absolutely beautiful shrub!!! Wow I hope someone can put a name to it for us. It is and has been raining cats & dogs here ☔️ so no chance of a walk except around the hospital. This will have to be a grace day for me! Xx

Did a search on the photo…it’s a European or Common Spindle! Scientific name is Euonymus europaeus

Thanks, so far it's keeping me walking and giving me an interest, but I suspect slow runs might take over before the end of the month

Excellent... yes thank you I have a morning with daughter and small one at a Pumpkin Patch MR OF has an appointment-free day.. fingers crossed... so he will chill and read x And get a bit of peace from me fussing x
