Apparently I have walked 1600 miles since getting my Fitbit in January! I've been walking every day with the canine but he is out with hubby today and I'm off to the allotment to weed and water. I hope everyone gets out to do something they enjoy this weekend. I was just reading a post from Rfc and am exhausted just thinking about all the exercise she packs in. Daisy1925

1600 miles that is great going in such a short space of time, well done. Hehe I never think of myself as packing a lot of exercise in more of the "could do better" variety 😀.
Hi Daisy and fellow Maintainers. I missed post on Aug.1st so am hoping it will find the charts! My weight on Jul.4 was 143.8 then Aug.1st 141.0 a loss of 1.5lbs which I was pleased with - Now 2 weeks later am showing signs of slipping
and have gained 1.5 lbs, all due to sherry hear and there, milky way bars and cake bars. The comfort eating has returned! I hope next time I will be on a more cheerful note I am going into Independent Living in a Secure, Sheltered Shared Home on September 1st. Wish me luck.
