Lovely photo of that little critter Ian and well done on your cardio and strength session, as I told you yesterday, today at 7.30am I only ran a short 3K around that 1K circuit near to where I live, it's a little pond with a boardwalk over part of the pond, then up through woodland down a short hill and along the west side of the pond where this morning I saw two men fishing for any fish that might be in that pond, I ran around it 3 times to make up the 3K
Good morning Ian, this morning I went a short 16K bike ride, I passed a runner who later told me she had run 8K while training to run 10K, I told her that I ran 3K on Saturday and 10K last Wednesday, I also told her about parkrun and she said she might try parkrun in the future
16K bike ride is short compared to the distances I used to cycle well before I started C25K which by the way today 5 years ago I ran run 3 of week 9 and graduated, I used to cycle the equivalent of a marathon and ultra marathon when I was much younger, well done to you Ian on starting week 4 this morning.
