Think they shrink when you get menopause. I have fibrous and heavy period had a mirocoil put in, to slow periods. When having menopause I had to go hospital for bleeding after sex or been constipated. Using hormone pessaries twice a week now. Has wall between bowels and vaginas has thinned causing bleeding. Had to have a special camera up in to were ovaries are to, make sure what it was. She said I had fibroids and they had shrunk, but everyone is different.
