HRT with mild bleeding now under 2 wk rule

I had no period for 3 and half years then went on HRT. After a month I was lightly bleeding for 2/3 days every two weeks. The nurse said this is normal and it should ease off 3-6 months. After 3 months she said keep going if I doesn’t stop I will send you for a scan. I was feeling low after 5 months and she changed me patch and gave a tablet. I was going away and carried in the original patch. I went back the nurse and she had a go at me for not using the new patch and tablet and now is referring me under the 2 week rule to see if I have signs of endometrial cancer. I am so scared and wished I had not gone on HRT. How is a hystoscopy? Thank you

I had the same in August. Scan is fine. Endometrial biopsy fir me was not possible and I opted for hysteroscopy under a GA fir comfort. Bit sore after but nothing you can’t deal with x

Hysteroscopy it is not bad-they sit you in an odd chair to tilt your pelvis so the scope can be inserted. Better to get to the bottom of the issue-sorry for the pun! Means to an end!
