Hysterectomy Advice Please

I'm interested in people's experiences with partial hysterectomy. Would you do it again, any regrets or problems?

I'm definitely not having more children. Am 44 years old, been having problems for 7 years and have been advised to have either a hysterectomy, Mirena, endometrial ablation or go on the pill. The last two options I definitely do not want. I've had problems ever since getting my tubes tied 7 years ago. Which my doctor said today has become common and she sees patients every week with this.

Thank you in advance. :)
