Swelling on right side of my body - face arm hand & foot?

Hi fellow Health Unlocked users I am after some help..

I am an under active thyroid sufferer on T4 & T3, I am 49 & postmenopausal. I have noticed some swelling in my right eye over the last few months but put it down to eyelid surgery I had a few years ago, however, recently I have noticed significant swelling in my right hand & wrist & also my right foot..

I am starting to get a little concerned & wonder if anyone has any suggestions to areas I should be looking into as potential causes. I don't like to Google as it often throws you into a panic so I am after a more measured response from fellow members.. TIA Jane
