I have been battling a mysterious illness and haven’t got any real answer from doctors. For the past 6+ months I have been experiencing pain in my right side as well as debilitating nausea.
At first I thought it could be my ovaries as I have a history of PCOS but have had two ultrasounds which have ruled that out . I also had a CT scan where they noticed my appendix were inflamed and had a colonoscopy to rule out things like IBS and Crohns and everything has come back normal.
Does anybody have similar symptoms? Or advice as to what this issue could be? I’ve been struggling for so long and am desperate for answers.

gallbladder!!! Get an ultrasound. Seriously. Also keep a record of what you eat so you track your bad days but that sounds like what I had. Especially bad if you eat eggs or avocados, if it happens after that meal.
My thought was gall stones - I have them but they don’t give me any problems on the whole except for odd occasion I do have a niggling pain on upper right side of my abdomen - and they can cause nausea but I’m sure your GP would have ruled that out? Mine were picked up on an ultra sound scan for another problem!!!
have you considered endometriosis? This condition goes massively undiagnosed. I was for years. I was always told I had IBS etc but turns out I have endo. Sending love x
