Commit yourself to this 12 week plan with a realistic weight loss goal. Plan your meals and portion control. This is very important as you are so busy and need to avoid grabbing 'food to go'
Have healthy snacks with you & don't get too hungry.

I made going to the gym (which is part of a college) part of my daily routine; since I pass it on my way into work. Luckily it opens at 6:45am, so I can just about fit 45-60 minutes in. This did the trick for me.

Have you considered cycling. You could buy a cheap bike or borrow one from a friend. You could start just riding to college, the shops or just around the block a few times and build up. I've just returned from a 33 mile ride and burned 2100 calories. Just a thought?
