If you're wanting advice on whether those medications are advisable for someone in their senior years, then that question is probably best directed to your health care provider. It's not something commonly used by our members, we tend to use more traditional methods for weight loss.

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.
