Me too. Used to be straight forward. Saturday Superstars (for me at least) every week. Now finding the weigh in on a Saturday is a bit of mission. However, I will follow moreless's link.

Hi focused1 usually have cereal or oars for breakfast , soup ( home made ) or salad for lunch ,chicken or fish for dinner with vegetables . My downfall is potatoes and of course wine .
Iv cut down on potatoes , pasta and rice but find it hard to cut out wine .
I also love fruit but also let myself have a small packet of crisps usually .

Do you have milk with cereal ? I feel I need carbs like potatoes but don't fry them . I was told brown rice / pasta was OK . I need to exercise more as I feel at my age - 61 that food alone won't keep me at the weight I am .
