Hi i started my diet last Monday so 5 days ago and I was 63.9 kg now today im 63.1 have I actually lost anything??

It's just 4 days since Monday, FlossyFlo55 and while the signs are favourable, it would be better to wait until Monday to see what the scales are saying, as the first rush of weight loss tends to be fluid loss

Do you have two profiles? FlossyFlo55 and Floss_01? It's very confusing for us when you're using them both at the same time. I suggest you either delete one of them, or use one for the NRAS forum and one for here, never mixing the twain

I'm not disputing that fact, FlossyFlo55, but I'm wondering why you answered a reply sent to Floss_01. I need to know if it's a site glitch, so that I can report it for correction. In the past, there have been some strange abnormalities with user names being switched, through no fault of the users, it's a technical thing.

Floss_01 joined the NRAS forum in March 1917, but they've been inactive for 6 months, joining this forum this morning. They posted on the weigh-in and had seven responses. They haven't responded to any of them. The first and only response, to the 7th reply, came from FlossyFlo55, which is you. That's why I thought you may have two profiles.

When you explained that you didn't, I wondered why you had replied to someone else's posts and was worried that there was a site glitch, that needed sorting.
