so its been a while since i been on here and i have put on so much weight with my unhealthy eating habbits and my medicine which puts on weight i would really like some advice on weight loss and how to beat the cravings when you fancy chocolate or cake i struggle with them really bad.

I'm sure you'll do things differently this time and one thing you could do would be to join in with the challenges and events, which help maintain focus.
As someone once told me when I first joined, if you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always got. I use that phrase to look at every decision I make (and don't make)... is there a different answer or way and why not try something different.
My tip for now would be to read through everything that the administrator has posted and linked, as the more information we have, the better decisions we can make.

Weight loss is not all about motivation and masochism... if you eat plenty of good food, including fat, at mealtimes, it should help you not to crave for snacks.
