Welcome back Emily :)

I'm sure you'll do things differently this time and one thing you could do would be to join in with the challenges and events, which help maintain focus.

As someone once told me when I first joined, if you always do what you've always done, then you'll always get what you've always got. I use that phrase to look at every decision I make (and don't make)... is there a different answer or way and why not try something different.

My tip for now would be to read through everything that the administrator has posted and linked, as the more information we have, the better decisions we can make.

Best of luck! :)

Emily, You can try Japanese Tabata exercise for losing your weight, with the help of 30 minute exercise a day (exlcude weekends) you can reduce upto 450 calories in 30 min

see here (Link removed by Admin)

For reducing unnessory craving you can

Drink Water. Thirst is often confused with hunger or food cravings. ...

Eat More Protein. Eating more protein may reduce your appetite and keep you from overeating.

Hi, Emily282 , welcome back.

Weight loss is not all about motivation and masochism... if you eat plenty of good food, including fat, at mealtimes, it should help you not to crave for snacks.

Many of us here find that what works is a combination of The Low Carbohydrate, High-Fat (LCHF) diet (see the forum here on Health Unlocked) and Not Snacking All Day AKA Intermittent Fasting (IF). See:
