Does anyone have any tips on how to lose weight during the menopause?
currently I am 56 and usually sit at around 11.7/ 12.4st. In the last 2 years my weight has gone up by 2 stone. What ever I try I can’t shift the weight. I have constant cravings for sweet things. I could happily forgo all my meals for cake with cream any day.
How do I stop these craving so I can get back on track and eat healthier again.
PS I’m a Cook so I am around baking every day.
Thanks
Jacqui
