Hey guys, I joined just a few days ago. I am looking to shift a few kilos but finding the process rather slow. I have been on several diets during my life and up to now haven't managed to keep those kilos at bay. Perhaps I haven't stuck to any of them long enough. What can you suggest? E-A-P thank you.

I have to wonder whether it would be wise to repeat diet formats that have been unsuccessful, or difficult to stick to. What diet method are you following, may I ask? 😊

If you are not being optimally treated for your hypothyroidism, then weight loss may be more difficult, so I advise you also join the Thyroid UK forum healthunlocked.com/thyroiduk
I don't see how blood thinners could affect weight loss, but that's a question for your GP.

The secret is not to diet, but to find a sustainable way of eating, so that you don't keep yoyoing.
I, personally, keep to a low carb diet, so have no problem combining carbs and proteins, nor any timing of meals.
