Although I registered on here over a year ago this is my first post.

I want to lose 13 kilos ish, I've just got to keep off the rubbish I eat in the evenings, biscuits and crisps etc.

Hi and welcome, halfagallon :)

Very glad you've decided to join us :)

All of the information you need about the forum can be found in Pinned Posts healthunlocked.com/weight-l... and we hope you'll be joining all the Events, Challenges and Clubs that we run, especially the weigh-in and daily diary.

If you haven't already taken it, here's a tour of the forum healthunlocked.com/?tour=true

We've found active participation to be key to successful weight loss and, of course, it's a good way to get to know people, find inspiration and share support and encouragement.

Wishing you all the best :)

Welcome aboard, halfgallon :)

If you eat well during the day, that should help with the evening nibbles. Have a look at the daily diary and join in with your plan, when you're ready.

If the crisps go alongside a glass of something, you might like the DrinkLess Club

in reply toBridgeGirl

Thanks BridgeGirl, I usually have a decent meal every day but things get in the way sometimes. I'm not much of a drinker, crisps and biccies are a habit I must break.

Sounds like you're developing a plan :)

in reply toBridgeGirl

Yep I gotta plan. Cereal with fruit and 0% fat yogurt for breakfast, any decent dinner up to 800 cals and a protein snack at about 6 o'clock, that should do it.

Drop in to the daily diary any time and post your plan for the next day, and have a chat with other members.

For myself, I have full fat yoghurt and milk as I find it more filling :)

Cheers Gary and good luck with your journey.

It is hard but I have cut out the snacking this week and have already seen the weight start to shift down a tiny bit. Good Luck.
