My green juice for today...to be honest I don’t count the calories for the juice. But it is a tone of produce...
My recipe, just toss everything green on the juicer, haha.
Anyways, today I’m using:
A whole cucumber
2 ribs/stalks of celery
A handful of spinach
Half a spring greens head
Half a cabbage
1 fennel head
1 green pepper
3/4 lemon
1/2 lime
An inch of ginger
The stalk of two pak choi
1 package of Salad minigreens
A little bit of fresh coriander and mint
I juiced everything and it yielded about 1.300L. Then I took a pint and blended with 2 apples and the same for my partner. The juices apples game too much sugar and it’s best to have the apples with its fibre.

A minor word of caution, current NHS recommendations (nhs.uk/live-well/eat-well/ ) suggest we only consume up to 150ml per day . . .
“Juices, smoothies and 5 A Day
Fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies contain a variety of vitamins and minerals.
A 150ml glass of unsweetened fruit juice, vegetable juice or smoothie can count as a maximum of 1 portion of your recommended 5 daily portions of fruit and vegetables.
In other words, limit the amount of fruit juice, vegetable juice or smoothie you have to no more than a combined total of 150ml a day (1 small glass).
Have other types of fruit and vegetables for the other 4 (or more) portions.
This is because the sugars in fruit and vegetables are released when they're juiced or blended, making them "free sugars".
I can’t help but think you could have made a gorgeous salad with all that yummy greenery 😊
