OMG - I'm so fat... I've put on 2.5 stone in the last couple of years and now weigh 86kg (13 and a half stone).... I'm only 162cm (5' 3.75").
I'm 51 (52 in April) and did Couch to 5k 2 years ago and continued for a year, and am trying to trying to start it again, but I have so many weight related joint issues at the moment that I HAVE to work on my weight.
I know what I have to do - WRITE IT DOWN... all of it - every day... so that what I'll do, and I'll report in to you kind folk evey week.
