Take some time to breathe and recentre yourself. Perhaps you are having a meltdown as you are thinking about the bigger picture, becoming overwhelmed and spiralling.
Try to see this in terms of smaller goals and take it day by day, week by week.
Maybe try beginning by increasing your water intake, this is the first thing I focus on when I am getting back on track and aim for 8 glasses a day.
Have you previously found a way of eating which works for you?
The best thing for me is tracking my calories using MyFitnessPal so I have been doing this for nearly two weeks now.
Then consider moving your body more, I always think starting with a daily walk of around 20/30 minutes is good.
The most important thing is that you choice an exercise you enjoy though so that it isn't a chore.
Also maybe if you have been avoiding it, to step on the scales and join a weigh in day. Then set smaller goals for the next few months of where you'd like to try aim for.
