i am going to face the music and weigh myself tomorrow first thing and get on track or how else am i going to know where i am on this
i tried this silly thing where you eat low and don't obsess with scales but i don't feel thinner and it made me lose sight of the goal not the weight
i think it is good to use scales if you want to lose weight but also in the past i obsessed with that aspect of weight loss/gain weighing 3x a day in different parts of the floorboards of my room!!!crazy!
i got to be sensible!

Looking forward to seeing your post in Monday’s weigh in 😊 Whatever the scale shows - it’s your starting point and your reference for the future weigh-ins, nothing else.
I had tried Noom a little while ago for a couple of weeks and they say that the best is to weigh yourself daily based on scientific research and blah blah. Perhaps. But it was honestly doing my head in to a degree that I decided to abandon that programme. Made me, as you say, obsessed with scales and only concentrating on the numbers I saw. Weighing once a week is best for me personally - tried and tested 😊 Although I still need to remind myself all the time that what I’m doing now is learning to live the way that my weight doesn’t go up anymore, not simply waiting for it to go down.
