I'm a teenage female and I'm a little bit heavy but horribly overweight. I eat way too much and don't exercise enough. I go through times when I'm really into working out and eating healthy, and it just goes downhill. How do I stay on track and get back to working out and eating healthier? I need some motivation!

Hi and welcome - you say you are a teenager how old exactly ?? 13 or 19 end as this will make a big difference to the suggestions for you as a teenager
Due to your age and the fact your body is still growing and developing, I would suggest you speak to your doctor who will be able to advise you - your doctor may put you in touch with a nurse in the practice etc to help you.
Please pop back and let me know how you get on at the doctors
None of us on here are doctors or dietitians (that I know of) and therefore this is the reason for my reply to you to go to the doctor and speak to them
Also speak to your parent / carers about how you feel about your weight.
exercise - try and keep active daily by doing a 15 min walk to the bus stop etc.
Hi there, I think you're being too hard on yourself, you are still developing into an adult. You can make small changes, start off with doing some walking and build on it, cut down on sugary/oily foods, maybe just have them on the weekend as a treat. You will notice your weight will start coming off, it is difficult but you can do it with a little bit of perserverance. Good luck :).
