Hello everyone, I am new to Health Unlocked. I would like some advise on lifestyle change. I have recently had blood tests done and I currently have high cholesterol. I want to try and change my habits and eat healthily and do light excise to lower my cholesterol. Any help would be appreciated. Many Thanks, Ann

Hi Ann and welcome Loads of continuous help from the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people.
For now, reading through everything that moreless has provided links for should help and coupled with that, involving yourself and being active helps most people get much further than they normally would.
Maybe have a look at the Daily Diary, start by joining in there and seeing what others are doing and eating.

Hi.. Have you tried Myfitnesspal app... its been great at making me accountable, and honest about the real amount that i am eating, also logs exercise too...
