Hi there, you can download and print PDF of this 12 week plan to keep it handy.

I keep it handy and I have made a folder to keep my journey details to measure how far I have come and how much more to go.

Hi Flopsie and welcome to the forum. I started out following the 12 week plan myself and found it to be an excellent source of information and a very helpful guide. I have since tweaked it a little to fit me and my lifestyle better, but I still follow its main recommendations.
