12 weeks plan .. week 2

Hi guys .. Had my weight in at the gp .. i lost half stone . started at 14.1 and i m now 13.5 , So far so good .. Im going to stay on the plan for the all 12 weeks depending on the progress. THe nurse is happy for me to carry on . i have an other 2 an half stone to lose..

I'm assuming no more Orlistat, no more VLCD, just a sensible eating plan and moderate exercise. Good choice, wanderer!
