I used the 12 week plan (first time around) and lost all my weight. The plan is good but tends to work best when used in conjunction with regular use of this forum.

You'll find the link to the 12 week plan in our Welcome Newbies post healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... Please take not of the information about finding the correct calorie range for you, based on your height, weight and activity level.

There's loads of support and information here on the forum. A good first step is to join a weekly weigh-in, on the day of your choice, and to use the Daily Diary, where members share their meal plans.
