Help !! Week one of NHS 12 week plan

My opp.s moments are too many, I grave sweet chocs....I think I need to try something to take the edge of my appetite, I am going to try my herb teas...my weight is stuck

It takes weeks not days to create good habits and change old ones, so give it time Bluelady-sing 😊 With sweet things many people find if they go 'cold turkey' and don't have any sweet things, after a few weeks they no longer crave them.

Just an idea, replace chocolate with a mug of Options hot chocolate 40 cals and surprisingly satisfying, try having almonds instead and dried mango is quite sweet but takes a while to chew so you only need a little bit. Keep going Bluelady-sing , I am in my 10th week and can walk down the chocolate isle and actually say 'no I don't want that'. That is a huge difference to where I was 10 weeks ago, habits can change:D
