Losing weight after xmas

Hi, need to lose a bit of weight and tone up,feeling a bit fat after Xmas, have severe asthma so can only do limited exercises,cutting out all chocalate,sweets,biscuits, puddings I am currently 10st 10 pound, let's hope I can soon lose a stone in weight, wish me luck xx

Hi and welcome to this friendly forum where you can find advice and support.

Check out the newbies post on the right hand side of the screen bottom if using a phone where lots of info is stored.

There are a couple of places left for today's weigh in or you can choose another day Sunday has lots of places left. That can be found on the events section under pinned posts.
