Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum mariahlordan33

If you haven’t already then please read the Pinned Posts here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... where you will find all the information you need to find your way around

Have a good look and read of all the information and try to find a sustainable way of eating that suits YOU. Breakfast isn’t essential, in fact, the longer you can go between meals the better, as long as you don’t get too hungry, Balanced diet means having all the right nutrients, in the right amounts, most of us have been eating too little fat and too many refined carbohydrates, have a look at this for more information healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

This is a very busy forum with lots going on, and nothing beats joining in, reading posts and replying to others. Our group Weigh-in and the Daily Diary are probably the best places to start.

Best wishes in your weight loss journey

Ooh it's all lovely with cheese, bacon and cream ! One of our favourites is cauliflower and brocolli bake, and meatloaf and burgers, frittata, oh and not forgetting curry with coconut milk and I'm loving being able to eat avocados and olives ! :-) x

You can drink flavoured water, as long as it's not sweetened. You can buy cold water infusion 'tea' bags :)

The water i drink has no sugar in it

I don't eat breakfast either. I have lunch, dinner and a mid evening snack. I have been following the principles of the low carbohydrate diet. I eased myself in during December but started in earnest in January. I have lost 3lbs but that's not bad as usually I would put that on, and more at this time of the year. The main focus for me is ditching the sugar and eating a bit more fat. My appetite is beginning to change and in all honesty I have stopped craving my choccie fix on an evening. It was hard at first but work on you Mindset and great things will happen.
