Blood test results ,can some one help to interpret please.

I have Hashimoto, test results shows elevated folate I donot take any folate or B12 supplements ,only selenum,vit C,vit D, N-acetyl cystene,and cod liver oil.

Iam on Nature-Throid currently .

S ferritin 32 (10-291) ug/L

Iron 15 (9-34)umol/L

TIBC 75 (47-80)umol/L

S- Transferrin saturation 0.20 (0.15-0.50)

Fastig glucose 8.1 (4.2-6.3) mmol/L

S-kobalamin 272 (156-672) pmole/L

S-folate 48 ( 5,0-30) nmol/L

S-TSH 0.98 ( 0.40-4) mU/L

S-T4 10 (12-23) pmol/L

your glucose levels are high. diabetes? also your T4 level is very low and for some reason you TSH does not reflect that. Secondary hypothyroidism due to a pituitary problem? or a thyroid nodule pumping out T3? maybe get your T3 levels checked and see about going on thyroxine. how do you feel?

Maybe because the medication is Naturethroid, the T3 in it will mean a lower T4?

I began taking thyroid medication Before nearly 5 months and my TSH was 11and after medication it declines to 0.98 befor 6 weeks was my T4 11.1 (0.4-4)

T3 4.7 (3.5-6.5) TSH 0.39

The doctor wanted me to reduce the thyroid hormone so my Tsh became 0.98

please help to interpret the other results B12 , Iron ,Folateand ferritin.
