Updated Labs and new symptoms What do you think?

Updated to make more sense :).

I've been on 75 levo for a few years but recently switched to Armour Thyroid 60 after requesting an increase in meds for over a year. I've noticed a bit more fatigue and joint pain. Here are my lab results. Also, I have a nodule that has increased in size from a 1.4 to a 1.7. Is this cause for concern and biopsy? I haven't heard from the doctor yet about my ultrasound or labs. I wanted to ask you guys what you thought so I can be prepared to advocate for myself. Thanks as always! Oh, labs were taken at 10 while fasting and no meds the morning of. These were the only labs she retested. In US.

can you add ranges on results please

Helpful to layout as a group by date

Eg

April 25

TSH

Ft4

Ft3

TPO antibodies

Feb 25

TSH

Ft4

Ft3

Are TPO antibodies positive for hashimoto’s

Are you on gluten free/dairy free diet

Any vitamin test results ?

yes I have hashimotos, no vitamin tests this time, but they were all in range last time. Not gluten free but making the transition.

So it suggests you need next increase

With Armour you usually increase by 1/4 grain

Are you splitting your dose

No I'm not splitting my dose and not sure exactly what you mean. Does that mean taking half in the morning half at night? I'm only taking the entire pill each morning.

Very common on Armour or any NDT to take as 2 or 3 smaller doses across the day

Especially on higher dose

you will need to experiment

Some people find it better to take as small doses, others as single dose …..waking or some people prefer taking at bedtime
