I think most people take Vitamin D3 not D2, sometimes with Vitamin K. You definitely need to supplement with a loading dose of 5,000 to 10,000iu a day for a few weeks, then take a lower dose (at least 800iu, which is a standard maintenance dose).
You should find your joint pain improves, and you might find your body can use the thyroid hormones more effectively once your Vitamin D level is good.
You appear to be optimally dosed on 125mcg. TSH is low but not suppressed, FT4 is high in range and FT3 is just over halfway through range.
Thyroid peroxidase is negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's).
Ferritin is good.
VitD is deficient. You should be taking D3 not D2. I suggest 10,000iu D3 x 6 weeks then reduce to 5,000iu D3 alternate days and retest in 3-4 months. VitD3 should be taken 4 hours away from Levothyroxine. I found joint pain and breathlessness improved when vitD deficiency was corrected.
