I am taking 260 mg.s of Naturethroid and my TSH level is 0.008, my Triiodothyronine, Free Serum is 4.6 and my T4 Free (Direct) 1.59 while my Thyroid Peroxidase Ab is 27. What do I do to get to a more normal range.

Range for TSH is 0.450 - 4.500, Range for T$ Free (direct) is 0.82 - 1.77, Range for Triiodothyronine Free Syrum is 2.0 - 4.4, Range for Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) Ab is 0 - 34

How long was your blood test after your last dose?

Then yes, I personally believe you are likely to be over medicated. Your T3 levels are out of range and tsh suppressed so may want to reduce dose. Over medicated symptoms can be the same as hypo symptoms.

You should leave no more than 24 hours for T4 meds and 12 hours for T3 med before blood test as will skew results. I think for NDT, might be closer to 12 hours but you will have to confirm this with others here as not sure. the fact your levels are over range having left it 28 hours means your are likely overmedicated as normal results would be even higher :-)

If you left 28 hours, your FT3 is lower than it would normally be. So, yes, you are over-medicated.
