Help with supplement timing

Hi all

I take my T4 and T3 first thing in the morning. I also take Omega, Magnesium, Vit C, Vit D and K2, Vit B12. I am trying to find out the times required between supplements or if they can be taken close to each other.

Thanks

Hmmm...

Magnesium - bed time

The others could be taken 2 hours after T3-4, sublingual Vit D and B12 makes life easier on the stomach and can be taken anytime though best am

No B complex?

I take Montelukast at 10pm (asthma tablet) so I take magnesium about 7pm. I thought 3 hours would be enough clearance time between the two. I take a B complex (capsules) and my B12 (liquid) at lunchtime. I then take my Vit D (capsules) about an hour later. I take Vit C in the afternoon.

That seems a pretty good regime

I'm afraid the information about Montelukast interaction with vits and mins isn't available... drugs.com/drug-interactions...

Thanks… I thought I read on here that magnesium has to be taken away from other Vitamins and supplements. I also thought Vit C or D had too did but I can’t find a post on here.

Usually magnesium is taken later in the day so not generally an issue if kept away from calcium, best to keep B's & D's 2 hours apart for better absorption if ingested so I don't think it's an issue if oral... it makes sense to split things up if ingesting as also kinder on the stomach

Some of the good B complex's come with Vit C so it's a funny one 🤷‍♀️

The more I write the more confusing it all seems 🙃

Thanks for that. Yes, I get confused. I also though some say not to take Vit D in the afternoon but it’s hard to try and take them apart and not take in the afternoon when spacing them out.

Yes, I think B vits are best taken before lunch for fear of being 'invigorating' 🤣

Iron is the main one to block uptake unless the heme form
