Seems OK except for

1pm - b complex + zinc + iron sublingual

Presumably an iron spray or is that a multi?

Ideally iron should be taken 2 hours away from any other supplements and 4 hours away from thyroid meds.

If it's a separate B Complex there's no reason you shouldn't take it with your B12, or any time after 11am (although not too late in the day as it can be stimulating and affect sleep).

Ah thanks Susie! The iron is a seperate spray yes and its good to know the b12 can be stimulating later in the day.

So would something like taking b12 + b complex at 11.30am then iron at 1.30pm be ok? And could I then move zinc later on around the time I take magnesium/vitd? Thanks again!

Yes, that sounds good.

No, don't take zinc at the same time as magnesium, they will compete with each other to be absorbed.

Ah I see this is why I need to check haha! How long should be left between zinc and magneisum?

Advice is to take at different meal or snack times, so I would imagine 2 hours.
