Thyroid abnormalities

My latest blood tests show TSH 4.6 and T4 19. I am on 75 mcg levothyroxine. These results do not seem to tally. I also have neck pain. Any advice?

Just wondering..... If the outer third of someone's eyebrows disappears due to low thyroid hormone levels, does it grow back when that person gets 'optimal'? If the eyebrows haven't grown back, is that a clue that the person hasn't reached optimal yet, and may need to increase thyroid treatment dose?
