Important to retest initially after 2-3 months, then twice yearly. Once level gets to around 100nmol you need to reduce dose to provide maintenance level. Trial and error what dose you need, everyone is different
Recommended to also supplement magnesium when on high dose vitamin D
GP should test for Pernicious Anaemia before starting B12 injections and folic acid supplements should not be started until 48 hours after first injection
Ask advice on PAS healthunlocked if GP refuses
Also recommended on here to supplement good quality vitamin B complex once injections are started (not before)

These are all dire due to being on too low dose Levothyroxine
Insist on coeliac blood test, ideally endoscopy too (unlikely unless you go private)
The GP said she would book me in for coeliac bloods if I continued to have coeliac symptoms. I went to see her again but she wasn't available so I was seen by someone else who gave me a diagnosis of IBS and did not book me for a coeliac blood test as the previous GP suggested.
