Hi Margareta3. It’s interesting that you say that about vit c. When I felt really tired In the afternoon, I started taking a berocca, That’s full of vit c too & helped me through the day 😀

I think the right amount is key for each person, not necessarily a high dose, nor to bowel tolerance. I was taking a moderately high dose (2000-3000mg) and found it made me more tired. Reducing it to around 300-400mg a day helped me to feel better.

Hi,

That is a great article. Thank you. One question I have is: is there a difference between ascorbic acid and Vit. C, i.e., is it ok to take ascorbic acid as Vit. C?

Thank you for those links. I have been taking vitamin C for years, in the form of Ester-C or other more digestible C because of digestive issues, so it's great to know that I don't have to pay so much to get Vit. C.
