New results. I'd be grateful for some input!

So, after 3 years of testing every 8 weeks or so, I still don't trust my interpretation. 😂

Latest results on 150mcg T4 and 30mcg T3 are:

TSH: 0.01

T4: 18.5 (12 - 22) 65%

T3: 5.4 (3.1 - 6.8) 62%

Previous results on 125mcg levo and 30mcg T3 were:

TSH: 0.01

T4: 17.8 (12 - 22) 58%

T3: 5.1 (3.1 - 6.8) 54%

Previous, previous results on 125mcg levo and 25mcg T3

TSH: 0.01

T4: 18.3 (12 - 22) 63%

T3: 5.0 (3.1 - 6.8) 51%

Vits need work but aren't entirely terrible...

B12 - 81.4 (37.5 - 188)

Folate - 11.4 (8.83 - 60.8) admittedly, this one is pretty terrible!

Vit D - 102 (50 - 250)

Ferritin - 65.9 (30 - 150) Could be better but my iron is high in range so I can supplement.

I am gluten free, not vegetarian, and recently started HRT; 7 weeks so far on 50mg Estrogen patches and 200mcg Progesterone 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

My endo advised me to up my T3 to 35mcg and leave levo at 125mcg but I upped levo instead. 😂

Grateful for your thoughts!

The main problem is how do you feel on each...?

This is the only dose I've been comfortable sticking at for longer than 8 weeks; I usually have a marked dip in health after 6 weeks.

What are you doing to improve your folate? When mine was low, I took a separate methyl folate in addition to Thorne Basic B Complex to raise levels.

If you feel ok then I would hold the dose. This could be your sweet spot! Just be mindful that some members on HRT have needed a slight increase in thyroid medication, but I actually needed a slight decrease.

Erm... At the moment... Nothing. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I took a break from supplements because I was so fed up of taking tablets but everything's dropped and folate quite dramatically so I think you're right, I probably need to consider additional folate for a time.

Yes, I would definitely do this. I’ve found if my folate isn’t optimal I get all sorts of adverse symptoms (eg sore gums/ aches)
