Since I'm guessing both your Thyroblobulin and Thyroid Peroxidase are over range -
many forum members follow the research and suggestions of Dr Izabella Wentz regarding reducing antibodies and looking first at healing the gut and checking out for food intolerances - getting checked for celiac isease - and eliminating at least gluten fro the diet.
Your T4 is likely over the range and your T3 too low in the range - we generally feel best when these 2 vital thyroid hormoes are balanced at around a 1/4 ratio T3/T4 and cureently if I divide yor T4 reading by your T3 reading your ratio is coming in at around 1/5.40 - so showing poor conversion of the T4 into T3.
No thyroid hormones work well until core strength vitamins and minerals are up and maintained at optimal levels -
and as a man suggest you look to building ferritin up to at least a good 50% of it's range -
as a woman I now aim to maintain ferritin at around 100 : folate at around 20 : active B12 75 ++ and vitamin at around 100 :
Conversion of T4 into T3 is also compromised by high inflammation, antibodies, and any physiological stress ( emotional or physical ) depression, dieting and ageing - so there's a lot going on and some situations hard to have any control over.
Strange thing though had Vitamin B12 serum checked few months ago its value was 1339 Pg,/mL so really high. Got me thinking it wasn't getting absorbed proberly. This is why because of my symptoms I believe I could actually be B12 deficient.
Yes I know I have hasimoto's due to the high antibody counts.
