I take my T4/T3 at least an hour before my breakfast. I take my B12 supplement and Pink Tribe liposomal vitamin B complex liquid just after breakfast. I’ve been reading the ingredients and am worried in case I should be leaving 4 hours for the vitamin B complex due to the folate mentioning calcium folinate and I know calcium shouldn’t be taken for four hours after thyroid meds or is this type of calcium ok to take an hour after?
I’d really appreciate advice as, although I’ve only been taking T3 for a week and have re-started T4 after a 3 month break, I’m feeling more tired than when I was taking nothing, even though my blood tests showed that my thyroid had gone underactive over the three months.
Thank you for any advice as I’m wondering if the Bcomplex is interfering with my thyroid meds?

I can't answer you unfortunately, but I'm thinkng jade_s might be able to as she takes or has taken folinic acid (acc. to google this is another name for calcium folinate). And has hypothyroidism.
The other things that occurs to me is that you've recently restarted T4 and T3, and my small amount of experience on here is that in the early stages, anything can happen! So fatigue would not be unusual, I believe. As the body has suddenly got to adjust and figure out what to do.
I tend to take my B vitamins about 2 hours after but I don't see why that small amount you take with breakfast , at least 1 hour later, would interfere.
Yes fatigue could be due to so many things. Starting thyroid meds increases metabolism and could put a strain on any low reserves eg iron, b12, folate, vit D, etc. Or if your starting thyroid dose is too low.
Have you already gotten a new set of tests 6 to 8 weeks after starting levo and posted here for interpretation?
hi, thank you for your advice - Endo took me of levo to judge if I needed it as I’d told him I hadn’t felt better on it so, instead of giving me T3 as I’d hoped he wanted to see how I was off it. My blood tests proved that my thyroid had gone underactive without it so he immediately prescribed 50 mcg Levo and 10 mcg T3 as I’d been taking 100 mcg T3 before he took me off it. Suppose my poor body doesn’t know what’s going on!
