Vitamins…update

I’ve been supplementing as recommended here and ferritin was (I thought) my last challenge it has been stubbornly low.

Here are this weeks results.

CRP 1.49mg/L (Range <3)

Ferritin 140ug/L (30-150)

I have to say TiggerMe discovery of the worst website many of us have ever seen has done wonders for my ferritin levels. In only 2 months 3 Arrows Heme with weekly liver has done what nothing else could.

Folate - serum >45.4 nmol/L (8.83 - 60.8)

Vitamin B12 - Active 150 pmol/L (37.5-188)

Vitamin D 123nmol/L (>50 sufficient)

This has been achieved by following advice by so many of you here, I’m actually feeling pretty great. TFT test is over range again for FT4 and FT3 so another drop in T4 needed (or possible Hashi flare). I have appointments with Roseway and GP to check on that.

I will now commence project Zinc. 🌱
